DELF AND ANL training to REFINE your teaching practice and get your students speaking in French

DELF training

DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française) is a French diploma based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and is awarded by the French Ministry of Education in France.  As a certified DELF-DALF instructor, levels A1-C2, I lead initial 4 day training sessions for DELF-DALF assessors as well as 2 day recertifications, and follow-up workshops for DELF-DALF assessors as requested. Previous training sessions include OCDSB, UCDSB, CEFR Regional School Boards, University of Ottawa and Alliance Française Ottawa. Contact me to arrange training sessions.

Client Testimonials

It has been a great pleasure working with Antonia.  In her role as a DELF trainer, she shows educators how the CEFR can be applied to classroom activities and always has pedagogy and student interests at the heart of all she does.  She is a positive role model for educators and her enthusiasm for French language instruction is contagious.

DELF organisation

Additionally, as a former Chef de Centre DELF, I organised and orchestrated DELF exam sessions for upwards of 1000 students per session, and now offer support to DELF exam centres to help them organise their DELF sessions. I have run student sessions to help students choose their DELF levels, to explain to students how the exams work, and to offer suggestions on how to prepare for the DELF exams at the various levels. If your organisation needs DELF support during their exam sessions, contact me to see how I can help.

Client Testimonials

I have had the pleasure of working with Antonia for many years. Antonia’s passion for helping students and educators in FSL programs is immeasurable, and her knowledge and experience related to the preparation and the delivery of the DELF are matched by very few in Canada.  Recently, Antonia was instrumental in supporting me in my role as Consultant as our board prepared for the DELF. She guided me though the process, sharing years of hands-on experience and practical tips. In addition, she prepared personalized training videos for our staff to help them better understand the DELF and how best to prepare students for success. I highly recommend reaching out to Antonia to see how she can also help you provide excellent FSL programming that is aligned with the CEFR.
